At this moment, Congress is in session and they, particularly the House is wrangling over just how to deal with this cat-already-out-of-the-bag situation. Proposed, but nowhere near wrapped up, is that military personnel have control over the forays of Blackwell guys and the numerous ’security’ guys under employ of other firms (of which Haliburton launched the trend in 2003). Out of memory, I’ll name a few here, in no particular order: ‘Made in the Shade’, ‘Hot Rocks’, ‘Hot Rocks vol. 2′, ‘Time Waits for Noone’ (a ripoff if you ask me), ‘Forty Licks’, and the most obscure of them all, ‘Flowers’. Illinois has it down. They’re matching up fishing and hunting license applicants with delinquent obligators of back child support.

The article’s writer (The Alton Telegraph, 10/28/07) described the dads as ‘delinquet parents’. If they’re beyond $1000 past due (a low tolerance level, actually), they’ll be nailed. (more…)

I was a wee bit young at college, both starting and ending. Basically (and totally) I was a freshman there when I should have been a young-ish senior somewhere else (in high school).
