Most say that MP3 media has long overtaken CDs, in that the storage of more songs fit more compact-ly into our listening libraries. Most also say, then, that the MP3 players are atop the current scene of music listening and sharing. Copyrighting and royalties are all attended to, so the industry once again is tucked in, and just look at iPods continually outselling Mac computing systems. (more…)

…isn’t a very long time at all. That’s the minimum FDIC-allowed billing cycle payment due time, though, on consumer credit card statements. Other loan products follow it as well, but credit card companies are easier to pick on than the loan products. There’s Something Wrong With This Tomato!!

Don’t blame the American farmer, folks. They can’t begin to feed this country’s 300 million-plus mouths with tomatoes.

It’s zany, and tragic, how much produce we import, and zanier still if we check what countries provide us with what. This post would be a hundred pages long if I even attempted such a summary, and I’d miss nearly half of the foodstuffs that chug, via ship, into our harbors. (more…)

I’m Removing This Blog’s ‘Busted Family’ Category, Because…

…I’ve pretty much done all I can do with it. Some of the posts were really good material, a few were mediocre, and a couple were downright awful. I’ve done a lot of writing about everything for a long time now, and this was the hardest — and I explained this — of all for even an experience author to lay down objectively. I kept b bleeding all over the keys, but that only made me get back up and try harder.
